1 lb. cooked, cubed chicken
10 oz. spinach
2 (15 oz) jars alfredo sauce, reserve 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 eggs
3 cups grated cheese of choice, (reserve 1 cup)
2 cups cottage cheese
about 10 uncooked lasagna noodles
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large glass bowl, combine alredo sauce (reserve 1/2 cup), spinach, chicken, salt, pepper and garlic.
In smaller bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs and 2 cups grated cheese.
On bottom of 9x13 baking dish, spread 1/2 cup reserved sauce. Place 1 layer of about 5 noodles over sauce. Spread 1/2 the cheese mixture over noodles. Evenly cover with 1/2 the chicken/sauce mixture. Repeat to form 2 layers.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top. Sprinkle parmesan over grated cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 8 minutes. Continue cooking on MEDIUM an additional 28-30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
You may also cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
