1 15 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
1 med onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbs. tomato paste
2 Tbs. garam masala
Kosher salt and black pepper
1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 cup heavy cream

Cucumber relish
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice

Jasmine rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients up to and including the chicken.
2.Turn slow cooker on high to cook for 6-8 hours.
3. Steam the jasmine rice,
4. Make the cucumber relish by combining all ingredients, chill and then serve on the side.
5. Add heavy cream to hot pot just before serving.
6. Serve with the jasmine rice and with plenty of sauce.
