4 large pork chops
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 large apples, chopped into small pieces
2 cups wild rice mix
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup apple juice
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a covered baking dish, place all ingredients with pork on top. Salt and Pepper pork to taste.
Cover and bake 50 minutes to 1 hr (rice and pork will be cooked through).
