3 lbs of spare (baby back) ribs
1 medium onion , minced or 1TB onion flakes
1 small green pepper, minced or 1 TB pepper flakes
2 TB brown sugar
2 TB Frenche's Mustard
1 TB Frenche's Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Roast ribs in hot (500) oven for 1- to 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 & roast for 1 1/2 hours basting with the sauce
Mix all the sauce ingredients & simmer sauce for 20 minutes before putting on ribs
