1 Porterhouse Steak, approximately 1.3 lbs
Coffee Rub
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove steak from refrigerator and allow to come to room temp, approximately hour.
2. Pre-heat oven to 400 F
3. Apply thick layer of coffee rub on each side of steak
4. Allow to rest for hour
5. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet over medium high heat
6. When oil begins to smoke, place steak in skillet
7. Sear for 2 minutes on the first side of the steak
8. Turn steak over and sear for 1 minutes on second side of steak
9. Place skillet in pre heated oven and bake for 7 minutes
10. Remove from oven and allow steak to rest for 8 minutes

**Daniel Sr's steak needs to be cooked about a minute less than stated above**
