1 12 oz. pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 chopped onion
4 eggs
2 sticks melted butter or margarine
1 8 oz carton cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat ovn to 350

2. Mix all ingredients together well. Helpful to mix eggs first and then add other ingredients.

3. Cook in a greased 9 X 12 inch pan for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
