Garden Ranch Pizza Recipe

1 package (13.5 oz) refrigerated pizza crust (or homemade)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 pkg (1 oz) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix (=2 Tbsp)
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup coarsely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/2 cup pitted olives, sliced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Lightly sprinkle large pizza pan with flour. Unroll pizza dough on baking pizza pan, shaping into a circle. Using rolling pin, roll dough to edge of pan.
In small mixing bowl, combine mayo, seasoning mix and garlic; mix. Spread mixture evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with half the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle vegetables over pizza; top with remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan.
Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes.
Cut and serve
