1/2 c. brown sugar
3/8 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 TB butter softened or melted
3 1/2 qts salted popcorn

Stir until dissolved.
Cook until SOFT BALL STAGE = 240º or a little more
Pour over popcorn & mix with buttered spoon or hands
Press into ball shapes & wrap individually
