8 slices buttered bread, cubed
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, grated (or more)
7 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
ham, cooked bacon or cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan
Put bread in pan and cover with cheese.
Sprinkle with meat.
Mix eggs, milk and spices.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake covered at 325 for about an hour.

This has been a family favorite for years. We usually prepared it Christmas Eve and served it Christmas morning.
