1 pound ground sweet Italian sausage
36 oz tomato-and-basil pasta sauce ( comes in 24-oz jar)
12 oz baby fresh spinach leaves
1 cup refrigerated pesto sauce
36 oz frozen large cheese-filed ravioli ( do not thaw)
you may have some left over
6 oz shredded Italian six-cheese blend

Preheat oven to 375. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring,often, about 10 minutes until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well and stir pasta sauce into sausage.

Chop spinach and toss with pesto in a bowl. Up to this point you can do ahead. Rest has to be done at last minute since ravioli must stay frozen.

Spoon 1/3 of sausage mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with half of spinach mixture, then arrange 1/2 of ravioli in a single layer over spinach. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining sausage mixture.

bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for 5-8 more minutes or until hot and bubbly.
