2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together sugar and oil.
Add cocoa; blend well.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add cocoa mixture, blending well.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
Heat oven to 350º F.
Use stoneware or line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls with clean hands. Roll in powdered sugar.
Place cookies about 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake about 12 minutes (until almost no indentation remains when touched lightly and tops are crackled).
Leave on baking sheet 1-2 minutes then move to wire racks to cool completely.
