6 boneless chicken breasts
¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter (real)
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chives
1 package (3 ounce each) Roquefort (blue) cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper in bag. Shake chicken until coated. Brown the chicken on all sides in the butter, I brown mine real well. Put in a baking dish. Mix sour cream, ½ teaspoon salt, chives, crumbled cheese and lemon juice. Spread over the chicken. Cover the dish with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
Serve it over a bed of rice.
