Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 prepared pie crust
6 Apples peeled and sliced
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Topping
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
pinch of salt 3/4 cup cold, unsalted butter

White Chocolate butter sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Cream cheese
2 Tbsp White Chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
For Pie:
Place pie crust in 9 inch pie plate.
In a large sauce pan over medium heat, add the apples, sugar, flour, and seasonings. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly tender.
Pour apples into the uncooked pie crust and top with topping.
Bake at 375º F for 20 25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

For Topping:
Combine the dry ingredient in a bowl and stir together. Using a pastry cutter, cut in the butter and then use your hands to finish mixing (squeezing the crumb mixture together to gather all the flour and break up the butter bits in your fingers). Proceed with pie per instructions.

For the sauce:
Using and electric mixer, mix together everything but the white chocolate. When you are ready to serve, heat up the sauce mixture and the white chocolate in separate bowls. Once heated, quickly stir them together and serve over hot pie.

Personal Notes:
I made this for Thanksgiving 2 or 3 years ago, but didn't make the white chocolate sauce.
