1 tbsp. of Zatarain’s Shrimp & Crab Boil

⅛ to ¼ c. salt

1 or 2 large onions, cut in wedge shape

4 lbs. small red potatoes

2 lbs. smoked links sausage

8 ears of corn, halved

4 lbs. of unpeeled shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Fill large container of cooker half-way with water, salt, add seasoning. Bring to a boil.

Wash potatoes, cut sausage in links (1½ inch), and slice onion.

Add potatoes, corn, sausage and onion to boiling water. Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp, bring to a boil and cook about 3 to 5 minutes.

Serves approximately 12 people

Notes:
- Add more seasoning to be spicier.

- If potatoes are about 1 inch in diameter I don’t cut them, if larger I cut them in half.

- If using Old Bay seasoning, use ¼ cup.
