8 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp dry yeast
6 cups warm milk, divided
6 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups butter, melted and cooled to lukewarm
2/3 cup white sugar
4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm milk; foam for 10 minutes.
Whisk egg yolks, 1/2 cup warm milk and butter in a large bowl.
Mix yeast, sugar, salt and vanilla with egg/milk mixture.
Stir in remaining milk and flour by cupfuls, alternating between milk and flour and end on flour.
Beat egg whites to hard peaks. and add to dough.
Let rise OVERNIGHT in fridge.
Pour by 1/2 cupfuls into belgian waffle maker and bake about 2 minutes.
