1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Blend first ingredients in a blender. Be careful that all flour clumps get well blended.
Grease muffin tins well and distribute evenly between 12 muffin tins (mine a larger than normal, it might be more like 18 for most muffin pans).
Bake 15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top (they will fall drastically while cooling).
Serve with your favorite toppings.

I actually double this recipe and use 2 stoneware muffin pans. There are never any leftovers and some people think this isn't enough for everyone in our family.
