1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach-cooked and well drained
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt
12 jumbo shell macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
1 jar (15 ounce) Prego spaghetti sauce or your favorite brand

In a bowl mix well first 7 ingredients. Stuff about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture into each shell. In 12"x18" baking dish, spread ½ of the spaghetti sauce. Arrange shells, stuffed side up in sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
