1 cup sugar
1 cup light-colored corn syrup
2 cups peanut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal
3 cups cornflakes
3/4 cup cup butter
4 cups sifted powdered butter
2 4-serving-size pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 to 4 tablespoon milk
1 12 oz pkg (2 cups) semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat sugar and corn syrup just mixture boils on edge; cook and stir 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter melted. Stir in cereals until coated.
In a medium saucepan, melt the 3/4 cup butter over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Spread over pudding layer,; set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat chocolate pieces and the 1/2 cup butter over low heat, stirring constantly until set. Store leftover bars in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
