Turkey carcass
Variety of vegetables - peas, carrots, celery, onions,
Noodles or rice

After a delicious turkey supper put the turkey carcass in the unwashed roaster after removing gravy. Add water to cover and place in a slow oven overnight.
In the morning remove from oven and remove carcass. Take all the meat off the bones and add back to the turkey stock. Add any vegetables you want. Season to taste. You can even add back some of the leftover gravy.
