1 lb. Hamburger
1 small onion finely chopped
1 cup diced celery
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 Soup can of warm water
2 ¼ cups uncooked rice
2 Tbs soy sauce
½ tsp pepper
chow mien noodles to top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.

Brown meat; add onions, celery and soup. Mix with uncooked rice, soy sauce, and pepper. Put in 9” x 13” casserole dish and cover.

Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and stir.

Bake another 30 minutes uncovered. Stir; top with chow mien noodles and bake another 10 min.
