4-5 c. Cold (refrigerated) rice
1 c. Soy sauce divided (I use the green Kikoman)
1/4 tsp. Pepper
6 pork chops
2Tbs. Canola oil

Directions:
In a large 15" skillet heat up the oil and spread it around. Fry the peppered pork chops. Just before flipping the chops to cook the other side add 1/2 c. Soy sauce with the flame on med/high. Allow chops to get a crispy edge and flip back over to get a crispy edge. Take out chops quickly and throw in rice adding 1/2 c. Soy sauce. Stir and press to get all chunks of rice out and each kernel coated...you can always add more soy sauce...
