2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
10 oz frozen corn, drained
1 pkg Corn Bread mix (Jiffy works well)
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar
4 sliced thin green onions
crumbled bacon ( as much as you wish)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut up (or cook as strips then crumble) bacon until crispy
Optional - remove bacon from pan & cook green onions in grease. Do not over cook the onions. Can just add onions raw into mixture, good either way) Drain bacon (& onions ) & set aside
Mix all the wet ingredients thoroughly adding cornbread mixture, onions & bacon last.
Pour into a baking dish & cook until golden brown & firm, possibly 30 - 45 minutes
