1 cup mango puree (2 medium mangos pureed in food processor)
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. scallion, chopped

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients, except the scallion, in a blender/food processor. Transfer mixture to a bowl and garnish with scallion.
