24 ginger snaps
1/4 c. pecans
4 - 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 can of pumpkin
1 TB Pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Prehat oven to 375
In food processor pulse gingersnaps & pecans together
Press mixture into spring form pan
With electric mixer blend cheese, pumpkin, spice & vanilla until well mixed
Add 1 egg at a time until mixture is frothy & smoothe
Pour over crust mixture
Bake until firm, possibly an hour
Let cool a while before removing from spring form pan
Keep refrigerated
