1 c. Cornmeal
3 c. flour or if using MASA use a little less
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 TB baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. melted butter
2 TB honey
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk (buttermilk works well)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Stir in wet ingredients until mixture is moist & well blended
Pour into prepared baking dish
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown & firm
