Ingredients:  
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C. white rice (uncooked)
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
2 onions, roughly chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
(1) Pour uncooked rice into a casserole dish, spreading to cover the bottom.
(2) Arrange chicken breasts directly on top of rice.
(3) Mix the two soups together with a little water.
(4) Season the soups with salt and pepper (optional)
(5) Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice.
(6) Add onions on top
(7) Cook at 320 degrees for w hours.
