2 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Whipped Cream cheese
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs or corn meal
2 TB honey
1 TB fresh marjoram
2 chopped shallots
2 - 8 oz bags of frozen corn
4 TB unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs well. Add cream cheese, cheddar, cream, bread crumbs/corn meal & honey. Mix thoroughly
Cook shallots& marjoram in butter.
When softened, but not browned, pour into egg mixture
Bake until golden brown & firm, serve hot
