8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
9 0z THAWED & DRAINED, frozen Spinach
1 - 8 oz can of water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. chopped red peppers

Mix all ingredients together & keep in frig until serving.
Can be served in pumpernickle bread bowl using bread bits to dip
