Ingredients:  
3 C. diced potatoes
2 ribs of celery
1 small onion
1 C. water
3 T. flour
2 C. milk
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, celery, onion, and water in large pot. Cook until vegetables are tender. Combine flour and milk until smooth then add to vegetable mixture. Stir in butter. Bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This was given to me by my Aunt Rose Marsh. Wonderful on a Football Sunday served with grilled ham & swiss cheese. Mmm mmm mmm!
