Garlic Salt
Tenderizer
Chili powder
Cumin
Black Pepper
Mustard

Rub the brisket all over with plain ol mustard
Then we create our dry rub of seasoned salt, garlic salt, tenderizer, black pepper, chili powder, cumin
sprinkle a good amount all over the brisket
cover and let sit in fridge for a day or two before cooking
slow cook in smoker about 200 uncovered for about 6 hours then cover and cook another 6-8 hours or put in oven on about 250
