1/4 c salt pork(may use some bacon instead)
1 c sliced celery
1/2 c sliced onion
1 c thinly sliced cooked carrots (may use canned carrots instead)
2 cans of cream of potato soup
2 soup cans milk
1lb white fish (2” pieces)
1 (8oz) whole kernel corn
1/8 tsp pepper
1 medium bay leaf (remove before serving)

In saucepan brown salt pork or bacon pieces. Remove

In drippings cook celery and onion(thinly sliced carrots you wish) until tender. Add salt pork or bacon and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil,reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes,
stir often. Remove bay leaf and serve.

If carrots are sliced thinly ,you may add them with celery and onions.
I like this recipe because it cooks up quickly and it uses only fish if that is all I have at the time. It’s really delicious and has a nice texture.
