1 stick butter

1 c. plain flour

1 tbsp. sugar

1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

8 oz. cream cheese

1 c. powdered sugar

1 small instant chocolate pudding

1 small instant vanilla pudding

2 8 oz. cartons Cool Whip

3 c. milk

1 Hershey Bar

chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix butter, flour, sugar and pecans. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 carton Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Mix chocolate and vanilla puddings with 3 cups milk according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate chocolate bar over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
