4 eggs, or ½ c. egg substitute

2 c. confectioners sugar

¼ c. lemon juice or amaretto

1 c. butter (2 sticks), melted
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs and flavoring (Lemon juice or amaretto) in a food processor. Process until well blended. Add the confectioners sugar and butter and process until smooth.
Yield: 1 quart
