3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
5 or 6 large marshmallows, cut up
1/4 c. mandarin orange slices, drained
1 1-lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until foamy; beat in sugar, a Tbsp. at a time, until stiff peaks form. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into egg whites; fold that mixture into cream cheese mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour in 8-inch square pan. Freeze.
