Mix together in a large bowl:
1 16-oz. pkg. cole slaw mix
1 small pkg. sliced almonds
1 pkg. sunflower meats (may be added right before serving)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 pkg. chicken-flavored Ramen noodles, broken up (reserve the flavor packets)

For the dressing, mix flavor packets with the following:
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Pour dressing over slaw mixture and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.

Instead of buying cole slaw mix, I usually cut fresh cabbage and shred some carrots.
