1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green onion
1 can very young small sweet peas (Le Sueur brand)
1 can Fresh Cut corn
4 oz. diced pimento
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (I omit)
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from all canned vegetables. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar & pepper for dressing. Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill before serving.

Great to take to an outdoor event in the summer since there's no mayo - Travels well and keeps nicely for a week in the refrigerator.
