2 cups sour cream (I use whipping cream, and whip before adding the rest.)
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. lemon (use coconut, vanilla, or almond flavoring or any combination of them.)
Approx. 8 cups of flour.
Directions:
Directions:
1.(I use a small cup – scoop from Pampered Chef to make ‘drop’ cookies. Or you may roll out the dough (when it is usually ‘tougher’), and cut with cookies cutters.
2.I make marshmallow icing and sprinkle coconut on top of each cookie.
3.Bake at 350 F for 9 minutes.
