2 lbs. Lean ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 4oz can enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilis
1 large bag Doritos
1/2 to 1 lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

preheat oven to 325º

Brown beef, onion & pepper until beef loses red color & vegetables lose gloss.

Season with black pepper and garlic salt to taste.

Add next 5 ingredients. Heat together for 15 minutes

Layer in deep casserole dish with Doritos and cheese.

Cook for 1 hour
