1 c. macaroni
1 small jar clam sauce
2 T. butter
1 c. water
2 carrots, peel and slice
1 celery, slice
1/4 chayote, peel and cut squares, 2/3 in. (from the gourd family)
1 small potato sliced and cut, 2/3 in.
4 peices of Alasca Pollack
3 mushrooms, sliced
2 T. corn starch
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. thyme, fresh
1 tsp. parsley (flat)
1 1/4 tsp. black pepper

1. Boil and drain macaroni

2. Add all vegetables (except mushroom) and boil in clam juice and water

3. When vegetables are tender add mushrooms, fish and black pepper

4. Mix milk in starch and add to the pot

5. Add thyme and parsley

6. Turn on oven at 400

7. In a casserole spoon half of the soup (it should look like this)

8. On top cover half of bread, then cheese and repeat once again

9. Takes about 35 min. when browned

10. Eat after at least 10 min.
