2 eggs
1/2 C water
20 oz jar mincemeat
1 C nuts
2 C candied fruit
fig preserves
2 boxes Pillsbury Quickbread mix (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Generously grease & flour a tube pan or 2 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine eggs & water. Add remaining ingredients.

Stir by hand until combined.

Pour into prepared pans.

Bake @ 350 for 80 - 90 mins for tube pans - about 1 hour for loaves.

Cool in pans for 15 mins. Cool completely on racks.

To store, wrap tightly. Store in refrigerator.
