2 pkg frozen broccoli, thawed
1 sm onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1/2 C mayo
1 C shredded cheddar
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender (stovetop or microwave).

Mix together all ingredients except stuffing mix & butter.

Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.

Melt butter & stir into stuffing mix.

Add to top of browned casserole.

Return to oven until brown & crispy.
