1 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. garlic minced
1 (15 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can beef broth or water
1 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup BBQ sauce or more to taste

Directions:
In saute pan, brown and crumble ground beef with celery, onion, and garlic over medium high heat until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain grease. Pour meat mixture into crock pot. Open cans of tomatoes, tomato sauce and kidney beans (Do not rinse or drain), beef broth and dump into crock pot. Add chili powder, cumin, Worcestershire and bbq sauce and mix. cover with lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours or longer. Add spices to taste and serve with toppings or our sweet corn bread.
