Chuck roast
Flour
Sea salt
Coarse ground pepper
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Garlic salt
Fresh parsley
6 Potatoes
Carrots
2 medium Onions
5-6 Bouillon cubes
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Poke holes in both sides of roast with fork. Season with spices and then coat with flour. Top with a little more seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and place in pan for the oven. Keep dredges and add water and 5-6 beef bouillon cubes. Dissolve them in water mixture and add to pan with roast. Add chopped parsley to top of roast. Cover and cook 5-6 hours, checking often to add water for gravy. Add veggies the last hour to hour and a half of cooking. Should pull apart with a fork when done. Gravy will be just right and shouldn't need anything else done to it.
