2 green onions, minced
1 can (15½ ounce) Salmon, drained and flaked (discard skin and bones)
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed ONLY!!)
1 egg
8 ounce sour cream (divided)
⅜ teaspoon pepper (divided)
½ teaspoon dill weed (divided)
1 cup water
1 cube Chicken flavored bouillon
parsley sprigs for garnish
salad oil

About 45 minutes before serving: In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in one tablespoon hot oil, cook green onions until tender. Remove to large bowl; add salmon, bread crumbs, lemon juice, egg, ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ teaspoon pepper and ¼ teaspoon dill weed; mix, shape into small balls. In skillet over medium-high heat, in 2 tablespoons hot oil, cook salmon balls until browned; remove to clean bowl. Pour off oil from skillet; add water, bouillon, and salmon balls; heat to boiling; cover; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in remaining sour cream, ¼ teaspoon dill weed, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper; heat. Place on deep platter and garnish with parsley.
