1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp butter
2 eggs, separated
1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, butter and add beaten egg yolks, milk and juice and rind of lemon. fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325º for about 40 minutes, until top is light golden brown.
