16 oz can of pumpkin
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups chopped pecans
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine or butter, melted and cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9x13 pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and pour into pan on top of wax paper. It will be runny. Pour cake mix over this. Pat nuts on top, lightly pressing into the liquid. Pour butter over nuts. Bake 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely. Invert onto a tray or serving platter. Frost and keep in the refrigerator. It is best made a day ahead
