Salad

1 pkg. Romaine lettuce - wash, cut and spin dry
1 bunch fresh Spinach - wash, cut and spin dry
2 + cartons of fresh strawberries - slice in half
1 med. purple or red sweet onion - slice very thin
1/2 C sliced pecans/and or walnuts

Dressing

3/4 + C mayo or salad dressing
1/2 C sugar or sugar substitute equivilent
3 T Rice Vinegar
2 T poppy seeds
2 T sesame seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Dressing can be made the night before and refrigerated. Toss the salad with the dressing 20 to 25 minutes before serving.
