12 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate ( 3 boxes of 4 oz. Bakers Chocolate)
4 eggs separated ( add 1/4tsp. salt to egg whites)
1 whole egg
1 pint (2 c.) whipping ( heavy) cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Chocolate slowly in a pan over low heat ( double boiler if Possible)
Beat egg yokes and whole egg with whisk, stir into the chocolate (remove from heat) Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, stir/fold into chocolate. Beat cream until soft peaks form, fold into the chocolate until well combined. Pour into individual serving dishes. Chill 2-4 hours.
serve with additional whipped cream.

I had this at Carolynn Rex's house. I have not made it yet myself. We loved it. Joan Lenz & I where talking about it several weeks later.
I am not sure about servings, but she made it for 6 that evening and gave us this recipe.
