2 pounds ground beef (or ground turkey)
2 cans (14-1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons celery salt or celery seed
2 teaspoons onion salt or onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 bay leaves
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven or large kettle, cook beef over medium heat until browned; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
Uncover; cook 30-40 minutes longer or until thickened. Discard bay leaves. Serve 1/2 cup of meat mixture on each bun.

Freeze leftover meat mixture in muffin cups. After frozen, pop them out and store in a large freezer bag. This makes individual servings for sandwiches.
