6 to 8 Yukon gold potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick...
3 T canola oil...
1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing...
1 small red onion, thinly sliced...
3 ribs celery, thinly sliced...
1/3 cup cooked bacon pieces...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill or use a grill pan, it's the best way, using grill pan...
Grill potatoes over indirect heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender...
If using just the grill, be sure to turn potatoes after 4 minutes...
Take potatoes off grill and place in a large bowl, add the onions, celery, bacon and blue cheese dressing, mixing gently to coat all...
Serve salad either warm or cold...
Enjoy!

Can use ranch dressing if you prefer, also can top salad with blue cheese crumbles if us using blue cheese dressing...
